This course will provide you with an opportunity to use many of the features and functions of the New Relic Observability Platform in a training environment.

• Make connections from the telemetry data collected across multiple agents types to identify the cause and effect of common issues
• Conduct root cause analysis through the use of logs and traces
• Interpret and respond to alert incidents
• Identify patterns across multiple hosts in order to isolate unusual/problematic data
